Registration

The registration process begins once your paper is accepted. It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. Registration Fee includes:

• Conference proceedings (USB)
• Participation in all sessions
• E-Acceptance letter
• E-Visa letter (if needed)
• Certificate of Participation
• Conference Pads & Pens 
• Coffee break and lunch including: Arrival Tea, Coffee & Pastries, Mid-Morning Tea, Coffee & Biscuits, Finger Buffet Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Coffee & Homemade Cakes, Sparkling Mineral Water.

 

Authors can chose the appropriate registration category to participate and attend the IAPE'19 conference (eg. PhD student, lecturer, professor and listener). In addition, authors who cannot attend the conference can chose to register as virtual participant where they will be asked to submit a short video (10 to 15 Minute) to introduce the research presented in their paper to the general public. These videos will be placed on the conference website up to two weeks before the conference, and will be played during the conference.      

 

 

Late registration:

After the first registration deadline (if there is no payment after 2 weeks of notification deadline) the authors will be asked to pay supplement fees (100 GBP).

 

The online registration process:

 To facilitate authors registration for IAPE'19 conference, the registration system will be managed automatically by the Canadian company VenuesWest. VenueWest is one of the leading conference management companies over more than 47 years.
